Our breeding journey started in 2023 with the launch of our first four strains available as F1 seeds:

Potency Testing: Since 2021 when Virginia led the South in legalizing recreational cannabis and homegrown Molasses Grasses LLC. has provided potency testing using a portable light spectrometer and expertise gained working in the medical industry.
Lobbying: In 2023 I was invited to give testimony at the Maryland House of Delegates and worked alongside NORML on behalf of my company to successfully lobby in favor of recreational legalization of cannabis and homegrow in Maryland with HB556.

About the company: in 2021 Molasses Grasses LLC was created to provide homegrowers and industry events with accurate and cost effective potency testing for thc and cbd in cannabis and hemp. We have since expanded into both lobbying and breeding.
About me:Joel Tokarchik is a professional with three years in the budding Cannabis Industry pairing past experience as an entrepreneur and lobbyist with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Towson University.
